I am a single mom raising twin boys and I put $10,000.00 down on my double wide I have had it for 2 years and have paid every payment on time - the
ecomony is the way it is, its Christmas and I call these PEOPLE and ask if I can do a
deferred payment and they inform me that this is not an option and I cannot do this NOT EVEN ONE TIME.
It shows me what type of greedy, rich, impersonal people they are. Its not like they wont get their money. I am Sorry I even went through this company to finance my house to begin with - it just goes to show - people are not compassionate - we are only
dollar signs and numbers - to the them. Every BIG DOG has their moments when they don't show any sympathy for those that do try & do pay their bills - what about the ole saying "
helping others" - I am not asking you not to make me pay it - just add it back to my loan - lord knows you would charge me enough interest to pay for your time labor and paperwork for doing it anyway. I am looking for a different bank to move my loan anyway. I will tell everyone and anyone NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY if I just convince one person thats enough for me. To anyone reading this COMPLAINT - if you feel as though you will NEVER NEVER be late on a payment or POSSIBLY need a few extra days to send the payment or if you want to call the company and speak to a loan hateful
loan officer - BY ALL MEANS THIS IS THE RIGHT COMPANY FOR YOU.
