I have tried to contact this company 3 times since the first of 2018 and it says on their web site they will return calls/emails within 3 business days. It's been 3 months and still no reply!!

This shows poor business ethics and I guess they think they have cornered the market on manufactured home loans. I have $40,000 for a down payment and that doesn't matter either.

I'm not sure why I have to use 100 words to describe the problem when I can get it said in less than 50. This company is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with.

What does it take to get a response? What does it take to get treated like a human and not a piece of garbage under their feet?

I'm not going to disagree with you. Called about refinancing my loan.

Have been with them for almost 20 years.

Talk about rude! Would never use them again or recommend them.
