I called to speak with a representative the billing department, I first spoke with someone in Customer Services and they were very kind, however once transferred to the agent in the billing department, she was rude and asked questions that did not pertain to her or the company, I was very discouraged by her. I am very pleased with Vanderbilt I have never encountered a problem with them, however due to her attitude, I was discouraged that I have business with them.

To the company you are doing a great job, however you might want to re-train your billing staff, you are in business with us, Please don't allow someone in staff ruin it.
