I don't remember when Vanderbilt took over my mortgage but they are the 3rd mortgage company that I have dealt with. They are by far the worst company I have dealt with.

They are rude, insensitive, and constantly harass me. I get phone calls at work as well as at home.

They can't understand that I have am having financial troubles right now and am doing the best I can to get them paid.

They say I'm 4 months behind. I am only 3. I hope to get them caught up soon but that isn't good enough for them.

I am in Missouri.I wish I could find a mortgage company that would refinance my mobile home but unfortunately they tell me they can't because I don't own the lot it is on.

Is there anyone that can help me?I need a different mortgage company!

I too can relate I originally got my loan with chase in 2001.Later vmf bought my loan.

Circumstances changed

And an accident left me permanently disabled constant multiple daily harassing calls from vmf is not helping my health & vmf not willing to work with me they just want their $ any way they can get it.I want to file for bankruptcy as a last resort but vmf informed me that I would still be responsible for remaining balance I don't know what to do anymore I live in California I originally bought home for $71,395.00 Gave $10,907 down @ apr of 12% leaving a balance of $60.488.00 and payments at $620.47 a month here I am 14 years later with a balance of $53689.40 & payments have gone up with vmf to $702.61 I can't even take their calls any longer because they do not listen but talk right over you it's depressing

am 14 years later with a balance owing $53,689.40 I have a statement from chase in
