Vanderbilt & Clayton homes just lie to people, set them up to use their mortgage company, & harass customers. You identify problems when the house is set & they never take care of the issues but sure harass the *** out of you, family, friends for payment.

Make threats, lie, lie some more! I refuse to make payments on/by 1st of month because they didn't uphold their agreement. I was told they would re-level the house at 1yr if needed at no cost to me--11 yrs later & no go. I have 1 payment of "fees" that I refuse to pay until they answer me about my complaints.

It took them 3 years to add these fees to my account.

When they added the fees, it just showed up with no explanation.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of vanderbilt mortgage customer care. Vanderbilt Mortgage needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
