This means that you will be responsible to also contact them in writing(ALWAYS certified and signature confirmation) to make payment arrangements or discuss your intentions for your loan. With this, you will no longer be subjected to the verbal abuse from their representatives.
The customer service representatives employed by Vanderbilt work on commission, they only get paid if they can get a payment over the phone or sent by western union the day they speak to you.
