Went to the Clayton Mobile Homes in San Antonio Texas. Was approved for a loan and we used our property as calatral. They assured us we have the home and can tell our family members we got our home. It was to be my wife's Birthday Present and Jesse went so far with a Happy Photo. That photo turned out to be the most saddest Birthday Picture ever taken. Jesse and Susan Rodriguez have pushed my wife into depression and how we were done was just...

I bought a 1999 model home in 2000 new, loan was through Oakwood homes at the time. About a year or so later it was taken over by Vanderbilt without any option for ME to have a choice. I have had to deal with these assclowns now for 16 years and let me tell you, they are nothing BUT RUDE. Unwilling to work with you on ANYTHING other that extending your loan if you get behind as long as you go through their grilling questioning such as how much...

I bought my first and only home in 2002. I was very Inexperienced when it came to this type of transaction. It was a home with land purchase, no down payment with land. My stepfather had land that had been in his family forever. They convinced me to use 20 acres of this land in lieu of down payment. I had no idea how much I would come to regret this. My payments have increased over 100 a month in this time. Also stated because of insurance...

I bought a new home from Freedom Homes in Ashland, KY. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THERE!!! They hired a "contractor" with MY money. My house is sinking on one side (the house is only 4 years old) they keep telling me its not but, when you can't see the pads the house is sitting on and the bricks are half way in the ground I think we have a problem. I'm not a contractor but, I do have some common sense. My husband and I went through a bad time with...

I attempted to purchase a mobile home from their sister company Clayton Homes. I was told everything was good and all I needed to do was pay off a couple of loans to complete the transaction. I actually did as I was directed only to find out they still weren't going to provide loan. When I spoke with them they actually stated the fault was mine. I am OK with not qualifying for their loan but it is quite another to be deceived & then blamed....
